Junior Operations Specialist – Customer Support (German)

About the role

Join our global Operations Team as a Junior Specialist in Customer Support, helping air passengers worldwide with delayed, cancelled, or overbooked flights while leveraging proprietary AI technology.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the claim‑handling process, including assessing claims, answering queries and communicating via email, chat and social media.
• Apply legal knowledge (training provided) to advise and support air travelers with flight disruptions.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and German (minimum C1 level).
• Motivation to learn about the airline industry and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Ability to follow procedures meticulously and work in a 24/7 shift system (morning or evening shifts).
