IT Recruitment Coordinator (English, German)

About the role

D-ploy is an IT and engineering solutions company operating across the EMEA region and the USA, and is looking for an IT Recruitment Coordinator fluent in English and German based in Warsaw. The role covers screening and qualifying candidates, supporting the recruitment process and building a network of active and passive candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and qualify candidates, make detailed notes and present qualified candidates to internal or external hiring managers
• Support and manage the recruitment process so that both candidates and hiring managers have a good impression
• Communicate with and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the recruitment process
• Build a trusted network of inactive, passive and active candidates and keep in touch with key ones
• Gather market intelligence from conversations and create business development leads
• Map the market and source candidates actively through headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, Xing and similar channels

Required profile

• Experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English and German; other languages are a plus
• Very strong client-facing skills and excellent communication skills
• Research skills and a keen interest in information technology
• Very organized, able to coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, agencies and the internal recruitment team
• Ambitious, resilient and tenacious
• Candidate must provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
