Implementation Project Manager – Radiology Informatics (CEE)

About the role

As an Implementation Project Manager – Radiology Informatics (CEE), you will lead complex Radiology Informatics software implementation projects across Central and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while building strong customer relationships and leading cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, customer‑facing Radiology Informatics projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, and resources.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams and external partners.
• Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and KPI achievement.
• Ensure adherence to delivery processes and an excellent customer experience.
• Support resource planning and contribute to continuous improvement across the regional project‑management community.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Customer Project Manager, preferably in healthcare IT, Radiology Informatics, PACS/RIS, clinical workflow, or other complex software implementation environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects, covering scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, resources, risks, change requests, and executive communication.
• Demonstrated leadership beyond your own projects, such as mentoring, community leadership, process improvement, KPI management, or developing project‑management best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English; German knowledge is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Recognized project‑management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
