Implementation Clinical Consultant - Radiology Informatics

About the role

As an Implementation Clinical Consultant for Radiology Informatics, you will help healthcare organisations adopt and optimise Philips radiology solutions such as PACS and RIS. You will act as a trusted clinical advisor, bridging clinical needs with technology to improve workflows and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers during pre‑sales, implementation and adoption phases to ensure successful clinical outcomes.
• Validate solution designs against clinical workflows, requirements and operational goals.
• Provide consultancy on workflow assessments, change management and solution adoption.
• Guide customers through integration, testing, workflow optimisation and new capability adoption.
• Deliver training, coaching and knowledge sharing to clinicians, sales teams and fellow consultants.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in radiology informatics, medical imaging or radiology operations.
• Master’s degree in a clinical, healthcare or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Polish and English; additional European language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
