Services Intern – German (All Genders)

About the role

As an intern in the Services Delivery Department, you will support back‑office activities of Customer Service for the EMEA region, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily back‑office tasks for the EMEA region, including updating internal databases and preparing Lean Daily Management boards.
• Manage medical equipment data in SAP and Salesforce Service Max, ensuring accurate records.
• Collaborate with a multinational team of professionals from 20 nationalities and engage with stakeholders across various departments.

Required profile

• Enrolled in at least the second year of a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Fluent in English and German with basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Open‑minded, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural team.
