Homeroom Teacher – Kraków, Poland (Start Aug 2026)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Homeroom Teacher to join a leading international school in Kraków starting in August 2026. The role involves delivering the Cambridge curriculum to Years 2‑4 in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues about student development.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives, extracurricular activities and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred).
• Experience teaching Years 2‑4 using the Cambridge curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and ability to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for international education and multicultural settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, creative in lesson planning and committed to student growth.
