Associate Trainer - Afternoon Shift

About the role

The Associate Trainer supports the delivery of the standardized Onboarding Core Curriculum for new employees across the CX organization. This role assists with scheduling, session logistics, and trainee documentation while building foundational facilitation skills under the guidance of experienced trainers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the Week 1 CX-wide Core Curriculum to new hires.
• Support instructor‑led training sessions during Weeks 2–4.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, including scheduling and credential setup.
• Document trainee progress, milestones, and completion checklists.
• Facilitate hands‑on exercises, simulations, and role‑plays under trainer guidance.
• Collect feedback, identify learning gaps, and help update training materials.

Required profile

• Available for the afternoon shift (14:00–22:00 PL time).
• Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite in Kraków, 2 days remote after probation.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer success or related roles.
• Fluent Polish and strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and basic facilitation techniques.
• Attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to collaborate with SMEs and floor managers.
