Delivery Lead / Engineering Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

The role sits at the intersection of technical execution and people coordination, owning delivery quality, team health, and technical direction. It blends responsibilities of a project manager, engineering lead, and technical delivery manager, adapting to the candidate’s background.

Key responsibilities

• Structure delivery, remove blockers, and maintain high quality without micromanaging.
• Manage engineering delivery end‑to‑end, including backlog, architecture decisions, processes, and quality.
• Conduct 1:1s, feedback conversations, and performance support while keeping product focus.
• Communicate with clients about timelines and expectations, and translate business context into technical priorities.
• Leverage AI tools in delivery workflows and promote their use across the team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical delivery, dev management, or a similar hybrid role.
• Strong communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Practical Agile delivery experience and hands‑on use of Jira, GitHub, and Google Workspace.
• Ownership mindset and ability to define problems proactively.
• Fluent in Polish and English (B2+) and available in the Gliwice office once a week.
