Technical Consultant - Quality Systems

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Technical Consultant to join its Quality Services team in Warsaw. The role supports life‑science customers by configuring and optimizing Veeva Quality applications, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite for life‑science companies.
• Configure Vault applications (workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, notifications) to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers’ business and IT teams to translate requirements into solution designs.
• Act as liaison between implementation, maintenance, and internal product teams.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault best practices and drive change‑management for SaaS migration.
• Support quality processes such as CAPAs, deviations, change control, audits, and training.

Required profile

• Experience configuring, supporting or implementing software solutions, preferably content‑management or life‑science quality systems.
• Background in consulting or a customer‑facing role with strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, understand business requirements and design corresponding solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Life Sciences or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in Europe (no visa sponsorship).
