Agile Project Lead (Client Delivery / Project Manager)

About the role

We are looking for an Agile Project Lead to manage client delivery for Gulf, European and US customers. The role is based in Gliwice with one day a week on‑site and the rest remote, offering a B2B contract with a salary of 10 000‑16 000 PLN.

Key responsibilities

• Build and protect a self‑sufficient team culture based on openness, direct feedback and ownership.
• Run multiple client engagements in English, ensuring each client feels uniquely supported.
• Act as the escalation point when teams cannot resolve issues, deciding what to handle internally or involve the Business Unit Lead.
• Align mixed teams (Boldare and client vendors) on priorities and communication norms.
• Conduct health checks, retrospectives and 1:1s, documenting agreements for future reference.
• Identify when a client needs additional skills, scope or a second team and raise it to the Business Unit Lead.

Required profile

• At least 1‑2 years of experience working directly with clients in software delivery within an agency, consultancy or product studio.
• Proven ability to change how a team works, not just run ceremonies, with concrete examples of impact.
• Comfortable initiating responsibility, acting without perfect briefs, and giving honest feedback.
• Fluent English for client communication and Polish for internal collaboration.
