Customer Service Representative with French (Original Equipment Market)

About the role

Michelin is looking for a Customer Service Representative with French for its original equipment market, based in Warsaw. The position sits in an international team supporting customers across much of Europe. The model is a 100% office training period of 3 months followed by a hybrid system, under an employment contract.

Key responsibilities

• Customer service and relationship building with business clients such as manufacturers of passenger cars, trucks, industrial and agricultural machinery
• Coordinating daily activities with internal teams (sales, procurement, logistics and production)
• Analyzing customers' purchasing forecasts
• Managing orders and logistics planning
• Handling and resolving complaints

Required profile

• Ability to work with customers and build long-term relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of French and English (B2/C1)
• Quick adaptation to new situations and confidence using IT systems and applications
• Teamwork, proactivity, analytical skills and good work organization
