Customer Service Representative – Original Equipment Market (English)

About the role

Michelin is looking for a Customer Service Representative with English for its original equipment market, based in Warsaw. You will act as the main contact for car and truck manufacturers, coordinating with internal partners such as sales, supply, procurement and logistics. The position is offered under an employment contract with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for clients, who are manufacturers of cars and trucks
• Coordinate activities with internal partners (sales, supply, procurement, logistics)
• Analyse clients' tire purchase forecasts
• Manage orders and logistics planning
• Oversee the resolution of client complaints

Required profile

• Ability to collaborate with clients and build long-term relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Very good command of English (B2+ / C1 level)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new situations
• Analytical thinking and excellent organisational skills
