About the role
Join BASF's Performance Materials Division as a Customer Service Officer, supporting customers throughout the order-to-cash process for innovative plastics and foams. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to dedicated customers and support them across the entire OTC process.
- Monitor order fulfillment and intervene when customer satisfaction is at risk.
- Represent customer interests within BASF by handling complaints and delivering professional responses.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, logistics, and transport teams locally and internationally.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- 1‑3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong customer orientation, teamwork abilities, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and one additional language (German, Turkish, Italian, or Spanish).
Required skills
- Experience with SAP R/3, primarily the SD module.
