Customer Advisor for French Market

About the role

LiNA Medical Polska, a manufacturer of minimally invasive gynaecological medical devices, is looking for a Customer Advisor for the French market based in Poznań, Poland. The position involves day-to-day customer care for French clients and close cooperation with the Kebomed France business manager. The listing states that recruitment has ended.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer care to French customers and take their incoming calls
• Handle customer orders in the KFR ERP system: enter new orders, shipping and financial documents, and returned orders
• Send invoices by mail and by Chorus Pro, prepare price offers and supplier orders
• Classify customer orders and delivery notes, and create and update customer accounts and price lists in the ERP system
• Monitor inventory and recover unpaid bills
• Complete AO files
• Act as Medical Device Vigilance Responsible: record and monitor complaints, assess them according to Cefra N°10246*05, handle correspondence with ANSM and device manufacturers, assist in recalls, and ensure proper identification, traceability and archiving of records

Required profile

• Native French
• English or Polish as a second language
• Customer-oriented, well organised and independent
• Able to work in an international team across Denmark, France and Poland
