Commercial Education Senior Specialist - Surgery

About the role

Johnson & Johnson's Surgery team develops surgical technologies and solutions for surgeons and healthcare professionals worldwide, covering conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer. The Commercial Education Senior Specialist implements learning strategies and educational programs aligned with commercial business objectives, tailored to regional needs in the CEE region, and works closely with Marketing, Sales, external faculty and other educational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and run learning in live, virtual and self-guided formats, and communicate and follow up with field sales, partners and vendors on learning opportunities
• Turn customer insights into adult learning offerings that address unmet needs
• Develop and run prioritized programs and simplify the sales learning process
• Work with EMEA CommEd teams, oversee vendor engagements and recommend approaches that help sales representatives meet their targets
• Keep up with training trends, market and competition, and use metrics and feedback to improve the curriculum

Required profile

• University degree
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Experience in commercial education, training or related fields is a plus
• Must have: experience in the medical devices industry; strongly preferred: experience in surgical medical devices
• Plus: field sales trainer role or FSLDP participation, fluency in English, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, willingness to travel locally and internationally (valid B driving licence)

• Base pay ranging from 13,580 PLN to 21,850 PLN per month in Poland, with similar ranges in the other listed countries
