Key Account Manager – Biologics

About the role

Celltrion Group, which supplies biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceuticals to about 110 countries, is looking for a Key Account Manager in Łódź. The role focuses on promoting and selling Celltrion's products and supporting services profitably in the Polish market.

Key responsibilities

• Execute account plans for assigned product lines, brands, customers or therapeutic areas and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand customer organisations and networks and the factors influencing their decisions.
• Build business and clinical networks supporting medical advocacy and key opinion leader plans, including medical experts from customer or academic communities.
• Adapt communication style during sales calls and use available technologies and channels to support them.
• Make sure Celltrion's products and services are widely understood and available to more patients and customers.
• Use marketing and sales promotional materials and programmes, and present highly technical portfolios to customers.
• Build specialist product and disease-state knowledge in a specific therapeutic area and use competitor knowledge to improve sales.
• Allocate resources effectively for sampling, programmes and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Good understanding of biologics and biosimilars highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (BA) or above.
