Cluster Business Financial Analyst (FP&A)

About the role

MKS's Atotech brand is looking for a Cluster Business Financial Analyst (FP&A) in Poznan. You will partner with the Head of Finance Central and Eastern Europe and business leaders across the Cluster to deliver financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis that supports strategic decisions. The role works cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly outlook across a cluster of 4-5 European countries
• Analyze financial and operational performance and prepare management reports, variance analyses and reconciliations for monthly closing
• Monitor actuals against budget and forecast, explain variances and recommend corrective actions
• Run profitability, cost, margin and working capital analyses across Business Units, Product Groups and countries
• Maintain financial planning models and build dashboards, executive reports and management presentations
• Provide KPI reporting, ad-hoc analyses and business cases, and support pricing, investment and cost optimization initiatives
• Contribute to reporting automation and data visualization using Power BI, Power Query, Tableau or similar tools
• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy, and maintain reporting documentation and templates

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling, commercial finance or a similar finance role
• Experience in a multinational, matrix organization preferred
• Fluency in English and Polish, written and spoken

Required skills

• SAP ERP and SAP BW (required); HFM is an advantage
• Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups and financial modeling
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, SQL or Python is an asset
