Business Expert – Digital Banking Middleware

About the role

Join the Daily Banking Middletier team as a Business Expert, bridging business needs and technology to shape digital banking solutions used by millions of customers. You will work in a hybrid setting in Łódź, collaborating with teams across Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate business requirements from functional and technical perspectives, identifying dependencies, risks and impacts.
• Assess REST APIs, system integrations and data flows to support solution design and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Software Engineers and stakeholders to define and improve digital banking services.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and technical specifications.
• Coordinate requirement clarifications across multiple teams within the Daily Banking landscape.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, documentation standards and solution quality while ensuring regulatory and security compliance.

Required profile

• Strong experience in technical business analysis and requirements engineering.
• Proven ability to work between business and IT teams, translating complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
