Mobile Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Lead

About the role

The Mobile GRC Lead will be the primary authority for security and regulatory matters within Bosch's global Smart Mobile Devices team. You will safeguard a diverse ecosystem of smartphones, tablets, rugged scanners, RFID devices, AR/VR headsets and wearables.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between the mobile team and central functions such as Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Quality Management and Legal.
• Chair the monthly Mobile Security Committee, set agendas and ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Maintain IT Risk Registers, lead vulnerability and patch management for mobile hardware and OS.
• Oversee annual IT self‑assessments, audits and regular penetration testing of mobile applications and device configurations.
• Interpret global regulations (GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001) and translate them into technical policies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, Security or Compliance within an enterprise environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to convey technical risks to legal and business partners.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to meet tight compliance deadlines.

Required skills

• Mobile Device Management (MDM/UEM) platforms – Intune, Workspace ONE, SOTI MobiControl.
• Vulnerability management tools and lifecycle of penetration testing.
• Knowledge of mobile security frameworks and regulatory standards (GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001).
