AI Vendor Relationship Manager

About the role

Oliver Wyman's Quotient Inside programme is its firmwide AI transformation initiative, embedding AI-enabled tools and ways of working across the firm. It is looking for an AI Vendor Relationship Manager in Warsaw to manage the day-to-day relationship with strategic AI vendors and turn vendor developments into practical implications for product strategy, activation, governance and delivery. The role sits within the Quotient Inside PMO, which supports governance, delivery discipline, reporting and coordination across the enterprise AI programme.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full AI vendor lifecycle, from evaluation and onboarding through launch readiness, operations, expansion, renewal, migration and retirement.
• Create a clear operating rhythm for vendor relationships so actions, risks, decisions and follow-ups are visible.
• Work with product strategy teams on vendor capabilities, roadmap updates and constraints affecting pilots and rollouts.
• Help activation teams turn vendor and product changes into user communications, training, adoption planning and feedback loops.
• Provide concise, decision-ready updates on risks, dependencies, open questions and escalations.
• Manage vendor meetings, agendas, notes, action trackers, decision logs and follow-ups, and track roadmaps, releases, service updates and issues.
• Summarise vendor and product updates for product, activation, PMO, technology, risk, legal, procurement and leadership audiences.
• Prepare vendor performance inputs, QBR materials, renewal-readiness summaries and leadership updates.
• Plan and coordinate capability retirements, including migration planning and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• 6-9+ years of experience in technology project management, business relationship management, vendor management, product operations, programme management, digital transformation, AI enablement or a related field.
• Experience partnering with product teams and working across business, AI vendor and technology stakeholders.
• Experience with AI, generative AI, SaaS, analytics, knowledge management or enterprise collaboration vendors is a plus.
• Experience supporting vendor onboarding, governance routines, QBRs, renewals, pilots, product launches, user adoption, training or change management is a plus.
• Experience in consulting, professional services or another matrixed global environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Fluency in business English.
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and collaboration platforms.
• Commercial awareness and lifecycle coordination, including vendor commitments, performance indicators, renewals and value realization.
