AI Vendor Relationship Manager

About the role

Oliver Wyman’s Quotient Inside programme is driving firm‑wide AI transformation. The AI Vendor Relationship Manager will oversee day‑to‑day interactions with strategic AI vendors, translating their developments into actionable insights for product strategy, activation, governance and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full AI vendor lifecycle—from evaluation and onboarding to renewal, migration and retirement—ensuring business, technical and governance impacts are managed.
• Create and maintain an operating rhythm for strategic AI vendor relationships, making actions, risks and decisions visible.
• Partner with product strategy teams to assess how vendor capabilities, roadmap updates or constraints affect priorities and pilots.
• Support activation teams by turning vendor and product changes into practical user communications, training and adoption plans.
• Prepare concise, decision‑ready updates for senior leadership on vendor‑related risks, dependencies and escalation needs.

Required profile

• 6–9+ years of experience in technology project management, business relationship management, vendor management, product operations or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to work across product, AI vendor and technology stakeholders, translating complex information into clear next steps.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and escalation skills, with fluency in business English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience using collaboration platforms and modern productivity tools.
