AI Enablement Analyst

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an AI Enablement Analyst to join the AI Capability & Adoption team in Warsaw. You will help colleagues across the firm build practical AI fluency, shaping how AI tools are used through precise writing and enablement materials.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, reusable prompts, skills, and structured guides for AI tools.
• Refine prompts and skills, validate outputs for clarity, consistency, safety, and usability.
• Design AI-supported workflows, map steps, decision points, and handoffs.
• Test prompts and workflows against real use cases and document findings.
• Co‑create and maintain prompt libraries, living exemplars, and structured guides.
• Support office hours, translate user questions into AI prompts, and guide colleagues to resources.
• Track recurring questions, share observations with the AI Product Strategy team, and contribute to enablement documentation.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, editorial work, knowledge management, or related fields.
• Practical experience implementing AI in real work, such as building prompts, workflows, or AI‑assisted processes.
• Experience writing structured documentation, technical guides, or instructional content in a collaborative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
