AI Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

We’re building a new way of doing B2B marketing, combining marketing know‑how with AI, automation and data. You will help fine‑tune our GTM strategy and turn it into measurable results, focusing on smart, data‑driven campaigns that generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Turn our GTM strategy and ICP into concrete marketing activities.
• Use AI tools and automation to plan, create, personalise and scale marketing content across channels.
• Analyse marketing performance using quantitative and qualitative data to understand what drives business results.
• Support B2B marketing activities across organic, paid, social, PR, events and other relevant channels.
• Continuously test and optimise marketing activities based on performance data, audience insights and business priorities.
• Work with our internal AI‑powered marketing system, helping develop and refine its use as needs evolve.

Required profile

• At least 3 + years of commercial experience, ideally in IT marketing.
• Understanding of B2B marketing for enterprise clients and ability to work with an ICP and defined GTM strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on marketing data.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools and a genuine interest in marketing automation and analytics.
• Experience with content marketing and its role in lead generation and business development.
• Experience working with international markets, especially in B2B or enterprise contexts.
• Ability to work independently, experiment with new tools, and continuously learn.
• Advanced English speaking and writing.
