Business Insights & Performance Lead

About the role

The Business Insights & Performance Lead acts as a business partner for selected categories, supporting strategic decision‑making, facilitating workshops and delivering actionable insights from consumer, shopper and market data. The role has no direct reports and works in a matrix environment.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as a growth catalyst, delivering insights from consumer, shopper, sales and marketing data.
• Leads consumer, shopper and market research projects for selected categories.
• Monitors market trends, competitive activity and performance metrics, synthesising insights for decision‑making.
• Builds and maintains a single source of truth by integrating sales, market share, household penetration and PFME effectiveness data.
• Provides web and social listening analytics and identifies emerging consumer trends and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, insights or market intelligence within Nestlé or another FMCG organization.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills combined with project‑management capabilities in a matrix organisation.
• Proven expertise in consumer and shopper research, including generation and activation of actionable insights.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

• Nielsen tools and methodologies.
• Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects.
• Advanced data analysis.
