About the role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead transformative digital initiatives for a range of clients. The role is fully remote, but you must have a business presence in Poland and be ready to work on a B2B contract.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and deliver high‑impact digital projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and leverage advanced tools to ensure project success.
- Manage risks, coordinate stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance, adjust plans as needed, and drive results in a remote working environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in digital transformation or IT.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and process‑oriented mindset.
- Business presence in Poland and willingness to work on a B2B contract.
- Proximity to major Polish airports is a plus for occasional client meetings.
