Senior Machine Learning Engineer – NLP & LLMs

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join Tidio’s small but powerful ML team. You will help develop and improve our conversational AI platform, focusing on NLP and large language models that power the Lyro agent used by millions of customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and fine‑tune state‑of‑the‑art NLP and LLM models, including Claude and Gemini based RAG agents.
• Extend the Lyro AI agent to handle ticket automation, multi‑step workflows and custom tool integration.
• Collaborate with product leaders and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.
• Maintain and improve data pipelines for continuous learning from company data and user conversations.
• Participate in research and experimentation to keep Tidio at the forefront of conversational AI.

Required profile

• Proven experience (5+ years) in machine learning, natural language processing and large language model development.
• Track record of delivering production‑ready ML models in a SaaS environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
