Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead our software development teams and ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of products. The role combines hands-on coaching, Agile facilitation and end-to-end delivery ownership across Backend, Frontend and QA/AQA squads.

Key responsibilities

• Act as servant-leader for Backend, Frontend and QA/AQA teams, embedding Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster continuous improvement and high performance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review and Retrospectives – to maintain collaboration and transparency.
• Identify and remove impediments, keeping teams focused on delivering value.
• Own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring features are released on schedule according to the approved roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineering Leads to define delivery plans, scope, dependencies and risk assessments.
• Monitor progress across sprints, aligning commitments with the agreed plan.
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies, coordinating across multiple teams.
• Engage stakeholders, manage expectations and ensure effective feedback loops.
• Lead issue resolution during sprints, working closely with engineering leads.
• Continuously evaluate and refine delivery frameworks, driving efficiency and automation.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on delivery processes, agreements and best practices.
• Track quality-related issues and trends, collaborating with teams to implement improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex products on time and with high quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
