Salesforce Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Consultant to join our team and act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You will ensure smooth implementation and configuration of Salesforce, supporting our clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Map business processes and customer journeys.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories.
• Configure and customise Salesforce, including flows, permission sets, custom objects and fields.
• Manage sharing and visibility settings to align with business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and recommendations during implementation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business processes and CRM best practices.
• Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development.
• Expertise in sharing and visibility management.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.
• Availability for a 4‑hour overlap between 15:00 and 19:00 Poland time.
