Salesforce Architect

About the role

Join our team as a Salesforce Architect and lead the design of scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions for international clients. You will work remotely from Poland on a B2B contract, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Define technical strategy, integrations, and customizations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor developers and consultants throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and evaluate their integration potential.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a comparable senior role.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Leadership experience guiding technical teams.
• Availability for a 4‑hour overlap (15:00‑19:00 Poland time) for real‑time collaboration.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration middleware.
