Program Manager – Client Partner Track

About the role

We are looking for a senior Program Manager to lead multiple initiatives for a strategic client. The role combines delivery excellence, strategic roadmap creation and commercial growth, acting as the trusted partner for C‑suite stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program outcomes, including delivery, quality, budget and timelines across several workstreams.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships, lead steering committees, QBRs and serve as the primary escalation point.
• Manage escalations, develop recovery plans and keep programmes on track without over‑promising.
• Establish governance cadences, KPIs, RAID logs and transparent status reporting.
• Coordinate PMs, Tech Leads and Designers, unblock dependencies and enforce priorities.
• Shape SOWs, negotiate scope changes and protect margin.
• Translate business goals into delivery roadmaps and measurable portfolios.
• Produce concise, decision‑oriented updates for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of program, delivery or engagement management for digital products or platforms serving Western clients.
• Proven track record handling high‑stakes escalations with VP/C‑level stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi‑team, high‑value programmes end‑to‑end.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex topics quickly.
• Commercial acumen with hands‑on experience in SOWs, scope negotiation and change requests.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and comfortable working across time zones.
