Product Owner – Finance Shared Services

About the role

As a Product Owner for Finance Shared Services you will join a highly experienced team in Krakow, working closely with stakeholders in Stockholm and Krakow. You will be responsible for maximising business value by defining priorities, aligning stakeholder needs and driving the adoption and continuous improvement of digital finance solutions across AP, AR and T&E domains.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and optimise leading financial technology platforms such as Medius, Concur and GetPaid.
• Automate and enhance AP, AR and T&E processes within a complex, global organisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – IT, finance, procurement, compliance and security – to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, compliance and cost savings.
• Gather and manage requirements, bridge the gap between business and IT, and maintain the team backlog.
• Define and track value realisation (KPIs & benefits) to ensure measurable outcomes such as cost reduction and working‑capital improvements.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented product owner with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong project‑management background, including experience as a project manager, scrum master or RTE.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a hybrid, international matrix environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a commitment to continuous learning.
