Finance Accounting and Reporting Senior Specialist (12-Month Fixed-Term)

About the role

The Finance Accounting and Reporting Senior Specialist will support Group reporting activities, preparing quarterly consolidated financial statements and contributing to local, regional and global projects. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position based in Krakow.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in preparing quarterly Consolidated Financial Statements under IFRS and other GAAPs.
• Prepare audit and Internal Control over Financial Reporting documentation and supporting materials.
• Analyse and review consolidated data and various consolidation processes, including actual and simulation versions.
• Support improvement and automation of consolidation processes.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in finance and accounting (preferred).
• Proficient English speaker.
• 2‑3 years of relevant accounting experience, primarily General Ledger.
• Practical experience in GL, reporting and data analysis.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented with a “can‑do” attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• SAP knowledge (plus).
• Power Query (plus).
• Power BI (plus).
