Finance Accounting and Reporting Senior Specialist (Fixed-Term)

About the role

The Finance Accounting and Reporting Senior Specialist will perform financial reporting activities for Group reporting, supporting key business objectives. This 12‑month fixed‑term role offers the chance to work on local, regional and global projects, requiring a proactive, flexible "can‑do" attitude. You will act as a support to your manager and an advisor to colleagues and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assess impact of Company Master Data changes on SST & SII hierarchy; prepare change requests and test results.
• Review GCoA changes, cross‑check and update Finance Integrated Platform (FIP) and GFC reports.
• Support SST MCBS annual close, including pre‑close preparation, variance analysis, report preparation, RU sign‑off management and narrative drafting for external reports.
• Support SST quarterly close, including AFR estimation, SharePoint library maintenance, and participation in strategic SST & SII projects.
• Collaborate with Consolidation, Capital & Risk Modelling, Group Actuarial, APG and other stakeholders, updating process documentation and close memos.

Required profile

• University degree in finance or accounting (preferred).
• Proficient English speaker.
• 2‑3 years of General Ledger accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills, detail‑oriented, reliable and goal‑driven.

Required skills

• SAP knowledge.
• Advanced Excel, including Power Query.
• Power BI.
• Continuous Improvement mindset and experience in process automation.
