IT Support Engineer L1

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer L1 to join our Warsaw team, working fully remotely. The role ensures workplace stability by handling endpoint management, user access, and day‑to‑day technical issues for corporate devices.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inventory and prepare corporate laptops, desktops and peripherals for new hires (Windows and macOS).
• Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory, Google Workspace, Jira and Slack using automated templates.
• Maintain and support office access control cards, including issuance, replacement and deactivation.
• Troubleshoot application, system and hardware problems on user devices, perform diagnostics and restore operating systems after crashes.
• Install licensed and free software, provide printer support and manage printer services.
• Document technical procedures and keep equipment records up to date in the 1C system.
• Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for repairs and equipment sourcing.
• Assist in testing new IT services and configuring access to banking, e‑signature and specialised portals.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with ownership of standard workplace processes.
• Ability to follow procedures and escalate non‑standard issues appropriately.
• Good communication skills in English.
