IT Application Support Intern

About the role

Join Bosch's engineering team in Warsaw as an IT Application Support Intern. You will work closely with experienced mentors to investigate code, diagnose defects, and implement fixes across Java, React, and Oracle environments. This role blends technical support with hands‑on software development experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing 2nd‑level support reports and tracing application execution flows (Java/React/Oracle).
• Reproduce and isolate software defects in test environments, documenting technical findings.
• Support the development team by designing and applying straightforward code‑level hot‑fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and support specialists on day‑to‑day incident resolution and technical investigations.

Required profile

• Active student status with a minimum availability of 30 hours per week.
• English proficiency at B2 level for daily communication in an international team.
• Foundational knowledge of Java, basic SQL (Oracle), and core React concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity about code internals, and eagerness to learn.
