Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gdańsk. This role offers the chance to manage the end‑to‑end customer experience in a fast‑paced international environment, collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain and other internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the order‑to‑invoice process and maintain order accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers via email and phone, providing after‑sales support.
• Monitor backlog alerts, handle requested changes and support reserved inventory management.
• Cooperate with Sales, Assets and Logistics teams to drive on‑time delivery performance.
• Build customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem‑solving.
• Contribute to process efficiency and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Organized, customer‑focused and comfortable communicating in an international environment.
• Strong resilience, able to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• English at B2/C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
