Field Application Engineer – IP&E

About the role

Arrow Global Components is seeking a Field Application Engineer for IP&E in Poland. The role combines technical project management with customer and supplier engagement to drive demand for Arrow's interconnect, electromechanical, passive and power supply solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical interface between customers, partners and the sales team.
• Promote Arrow's product portfolio in designs and create technical initiatives.
• Develop strategic technical plans by supplier line, technology or customer solution.
• Provide technical support and consulting to the sales team to generate demand.
• Attend supplier training sessions in person or via conference calls.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with electronic products or technologies.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of the Polish electronics market and fluency in Polish and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑orientation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
