Business Development Manager (Global)

About the role

RNRS is a recruiting company focused on scale‑ups and technology businesses in active growth. Our clients need senior engineers, product leaders, fintech operators and R&D builders across the EU, North America, LATAM, MENA and Ukraine. We are now building the commercial engine and hiring a Global Business Development Manager to create a predictable flow of qualified senior search projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage founders, team leaders, HR directors and talent leaders in tech companies.
• Initiate conversations around hiring challenges and qualify real business needs.
• Convert prospects into signed search projects and build a stable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle end‑to‑end, generating your own pipeline without inbound leads.
• Close service‑based or solution‑based deals with decision‑makers such as founders, directors and C‑level executives.

Required profile

• Solid B2B sales experience (2‑4+ years) managing the full sales cycle.
• Proven ability to generate your own pipeline and conduct live client meetings.
• Experience selling to senior stakeholders in SaaS, HR‑tech, consulting, VC ecosystem or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of business conversations, growth pressures and scaling challenges.
• Comfortable meeting clients face‑to‑face and driving deals forward independently.
• Self‑motivated, taking responsibility for pipeline and revenue results.
