Accounts Receivable Associate Manager

About the role

ABB is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate Manager to lead a functional team of over 35 employees in Krakow. You will ensure accurate, timely processing of receivable transactions while complying with internal and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large Accounts Receivable team, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Design and implement strategic plans aligned with ABB Group standards and Service Level Agreements.
• Act as the primary contact for process and people escalations, audit inquiries and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance Delivery Management and global stakeholders to optimise the O2C process.

Required profile

• 8+ years of finance experience with at least 3 years managing a team of 20+ employees.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Strong communication skills in business English and ability to handle multiple initiatives.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Extensive ERP experience.
• Project Management methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
