Technical Consultant – R&D Cloud Solutions (Remote, Poland)

About the role

As a Technical Consultant for R&D Cloud Solutions, you will act as a trusted advisor to life‑science organizations, helping them evolve their Veeva platforms. You will work remotely from Poland, collaborating with product managers, solution architects and domain experts across Veeva’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with client stakeholders to align business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities in Clinical and Regulatory domains.
• Act as a strategic advisor, translating client needs into scalable solution designs while recommending best practices and identifying risks.
• Perform hands‑on configuration to deliver system enhancements and guide clients through testing and adoption of new Veeva releases.
• Lead clear client communication and partner with internal Veeva product and services teams to drive long‑term success.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with enterprise SaaS cloud solutions, including implementation, configuration, administration or consulting.
• Strong problem‑solving agility and fluent English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management or equivalent relevant experience.
• Physical residence in Poland with full legal authorization to work locally.
