About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will be the first point of contact for KONE's business customers and end‑users. You will handle incoming calls, route inquiries, and coordinate the entire service process from registration to repair completion. The role is critical in urgent situations to ensure fast, effective assistance and passenger safety.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct calls from business clients and users, ensuring proper escalation.
• Register service requests, collaborate with the service department, and keep customers informed about progress and repairs.
• Provide timely support during critical incidents to guarantee safety and rapid resolution.

Required profile

• Strong experience in customer‑facing roles and a passion for helping clients.
• Fluent in Polish and English (minimum communicative level) and excellent proficiency in either Slovenian, Hungarian, Croatian or Serbian.
• Independent, team‑oriented, and able to work under stress.
