About the role

Join Mercer Assessments' Customer Engagement team as a Junior Customer Representative. You will support clients and stakeholders across specific regions, delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑moving, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Escalation management to resolve client issues promptly.
• Stakeholder management and coordination across internal and external teams.
• Project process tracking and coordination.
• Customer service and client relations activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client support role.
• Proactive self‑starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Graduate, post‑graduate or Master’s degree.
