Client Service Representative – German Language

About the role

Join Marsh's European Business Support Center in Warsaw as a Client Service Representative, supporting German‑speaking customers. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an administrative clerk, handling technical insurance subjects.
• Communicate with customers and insurers, managing incoming emails in the CRM system and processing quote requests.
• Create contracts, policies, amendments, and manage invoicing and billing.
• Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences.
• Support segments such as electronics, photovoltaics, machinery, and construction.

Required profile

• Education or professional experience in the insurance sector, preferably technical insurance.
• Fluent German and English (C1 level) with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Open‑minded, fast learner with the ability to build relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, and sales support activities.
