Senior Technical Consultant - R&D Cloud Solutions

About the role

Shift your career from external consulting to vendor‑side ownership, where you will own the long‑term technical strategy and drive continuous platform evolution. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for Life Sciences leaders, focusing on Veeva Clinical Operations or Veeva Regulatory, and influence future product roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute complex platform configurations, custom workflows, object lifecycles, and system enhancements across Clinical or Regulatory Vault platforms.
• Guide enterprise clients through migrations from legacy on‑premise systems to modern SaaS platforms, applying structured change management.
• Partner with client IT leadership on post‑implementation programs, discussing technical trade‑offs and aligning business needs with platform capabilities.
• Collaborate directly with Veeva Product Management and R&D engineering teams to provide feedback and shape future releases.
• Provide technical mentorship, configuration reviews, and architectural guidance to junior consultants across the regional hub.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations technology solutions.
• Proven technical leadership, influencing senior stakeholders and negotiating complex compromises.
• Prior experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms, or cloud architectures in regulated industries.
• Applied change‑management expertise driving client adoption during legacy‑to‑cloud migrations.
• Mentorship experience coaching junior consultants or technical team members.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with fluent written and spoken English.
• Physical residence in Poland with full legal authorization to work locally.
