Senior Software Engineer - Architecture

About the role

Rho is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Architecture team and help build and scale an all‑in‑one finance platform for startups and growth‑stage companies. The role is fully remote within Poland and focuses on designing high‑performance, distributed services using modern cloud technologies.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in Python, async programming and performance optimisation.
• Experience building web applications and services that support a great product.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and event‑driven architectures, with trade‑off decisions for load and latency.
• Experience creating CI/CD pipelines and using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.
• Background working in complex, regulated environments and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a technical market segment such as AI, security, finance or blockchain.
