Senior E-commerce Specialist

About the role

As a Senior E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) online store, ensuring sustainable sales growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution and requires close collaboration with Marketing, CRM, Digital, Supply Chain, Warehouse teams and external agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the DTC store and drive strong business performance.
• Plan and execute promotional, commercial and performance‑marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Shopping and Performance Max.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies for acquisition, retention, loyalty and lifetime value.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends using sell‑out data, Google Analytics, IQVIA and ECI to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate product ordering, stock replenishment and assortment management, including pricing strategies.
• Maintain website content accuracy, consistency and brand compliance.
• Monitor e‑commerce KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and customer experience.

Required profile

• Strategic, analytical and results‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• At least 4 years managing a DTC store for premium brands and 1 year working in an international environment.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and solid knowledge of market data tools such as IQVIA and Nielsen.
