About the role
As Senior Director, FP&A Supply Chain Corporate, you will lead a high‑performing finance team responsible for concentrate and ingredient costing, overhead allocations and operational performance across Coca‑Cola’s global supply chain. The role drives standardisation, automation and visibility into cost structures to support long‑term strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of 18 associates and partner with Genpact.
- Lead and sustain the annual Region Standards costing process across all CPS plants.
- Partner with global and local CPS Finance and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure transparent and consistent costing methodologies.
- Oversee complex SAP costing cycles, integrate master data, validate outputs and analyse variances.
- Provide monthly performance reporting, analytics and narratives on purchase price variance and risk scenarios.
- Develop advanced forecasting models for key supply‑chain cost drivers and enable scenario analysis.
- Champion global reporting standards, leveraging technology and automation to improve accuracy.
- Contribute to enterprise transformation programs such as S/4HANA deployment.
- Drive productivity and process efficiency initiatives within the supply‑chain finance function.
- Provide direction and escalation support to third‑party service providers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive FP&A, cost accounting or supply‑chain finance experience in a global or multi‑region environment.
- Proven leadership of large, matrixed teams and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
- Track record of implementing process standardisation and automation using digital tools.
- Strong communication and storytelling ability to convey complex financial insights.

- S/4HANA financial planning modules.
What we offer
- Base salary range 401,000 PLN – 581,000 PLN per year.
- Annual incentive target of 30% of base salary.
