About the role

This is a paid 3‑6 month internship within the Talent Academy program at 3M in Wrocław. Participants will work in the Maintenance Operations department, supporting daily technical and operational activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a multinational production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create energy instruction documents for machines and equipment.
• Update and maintain existing technical documentation.
• Assist the Maintenance Operations team with routine tasks and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with technical staff to organise and execute daily operational activities.
• Participate in safety initiatives and work‑standardisation projects.

Required profile

• Student in the final years of study or recent graduate in mechanical engineering, energy engineering or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication abilities and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Interest in developing a career in maintenance and production engineering.
• Previous experience in maintenance is a plus but not mandatory.
