Talent Academy Internship – Quality (Personal Protective Equipment)

About the role

This is a three‑month, fully paid summer internship within 3M's Talent Academy program, focused on quality assurance for personal protective equipment. You will work on‑site at the 3M Wrocław facility, gaining hands‑on experience in laboratory testing, data documentation, and equipment maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in testing of raw materials, semi‑finished products and finished goods, and assist in documenting and archiving results.
• Support the operation and upkeep of measurement equipment, keep the work area orderly, and report any faults or deviations.
• Help analyse measurement methods, identify quality issues, and flag irregularities in testing processes.
• Contribute to product qualification tests and assist in preparing analytical reports.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate of a technical or natural science field.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
