Business Development Analyst – Network Services (12‑month FTC)

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Services Business Development team as an Analyst focused on Network Services. You will help shape and launch commercial initiatives across multiple European markets, supporting the scaling of innovative services that drive growth for Mastercard’s customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of go‑to‑market initiatives for Services solutions across Europe.
• Contribute to the rollout of commercial programs, including client communications, incentive schemes, and pricing strategies.
• Analyze data from diverse sources to uncover opportunities, risks, and revenue trends.
• Prepare clear presentations, analyses, and written materials for internal discussions and approvals.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Product, Pricing, and Commercialization teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Track initiatives, dependencies, and key actions to drive timely delivery.
• Conduct market and client‑level analysis to prioritize growth areas.
• Support cross‑market opportunity development by gathering input, refining proposals, and shaping practical go‑to‑market approaches.

Required profile

• University degree with several years of experience in a commercial, analytical, or project‑based environment (e.g., financial services, fintech, consulting).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience creating structured analyses and reports.
